Welcome to Gainzi ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Gainzi iOS application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect an email address and any optional profile information you choose to provide (such as a display name). The specific information collected depends on how you sign up and what you choose to share.

Physique Photos

To provide the core analysis features of the Service, you voluntarily upload photos of your physique. These photos are transmitted securely to our servers for AI-powered analysis. Photos are associated with your account and stored to enable progress tracking over time.

Analysis and Fitness Data

We store the results of your physique analyses, including muscle scores, physique scores, symmetry ratings, and training recommendations, to enable progress tracking and provide historical comparisons.

Device and Usage Data

We may automatically collect information about your device (such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers) and usage patterns (such as features accessed and session duration) for the purposes of improving the Service, diagnosing issues, and analytics.

Payment Information

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Apple handles all payment processing in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in your message.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Perform AI-powered physique analysis on your uploaded photos
• Generate and store your physique scores and training recommendations

We do not sell your personal information or physique photos to third parties. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Your physique photos are sensitive personal data. We treat them accordingly:

• Photos are transmitted to our servers using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Photos are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage.
• Access to your photos is restricted to your account and authorized technical personnel for support and security purposes.
• We do not share your photos with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., secure cloud storage providers).

• Upon account deletion, your photos and analysis data are removed from our active systems. Residual copies in backup systems are deleted on a rolling basis.

The core feature of Gainzi analyzes photos of your physique using artificial intelligence. This section explains exactly what you provide, where your photos go, who processes them, and the limits we place on their use.

What You Provide

To use the analysis feature, you select existing photos from your device's photo library or capture new photos with your camera. A complete analysis uses front, side, and rear body photos that you choose to provide.

Where Your Photos Are Sent

When you request an analysis, your front, side, and rear photos may be securely transmitted, over encrypted connections, to Gainzi's backend infrastructure and to OpenAI. OpenAI is the third-party artificial intelligence provider that performs the visual analysis of your photos on our behalf.

How Your Photos Are Used

Your photos are processed solely to generate your analysis results, which include:

• Your overall physique score
• A muscle-by-muscle breakdown
• Symmetry ratios
• Identified strengths
• Identified weak points
• Personalized training recommendations

Limits On Use

• Your photos are used only to provide the physique analysis feature.
• Your photos are never sold to anyone.
• Your photos are never used for advertising.
• Your photos are not used to train AI models.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
• Encrypted data storage at rest
• Access controls and authentication requirements
• Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

We use trusted third-party services to help operate the Service. These providers may process certain categories of your data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements:

• Apple App Store — subscription billing and payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers — secure storage and computation
• Analytics or crash reporting services (where used) — aggregated usage and performance data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Gainzi offers subscription plans that unlock premium features. All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

We do not directly process or store payment information. Apple handles all billing. For refund requests or billing issues, please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscription auto-renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID settings. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or analysis history.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
