Gainzi is an AI-powered physique analysis app for iOS. You upload a photo of your physique and the app analyzes your muscle development, scores each muscle group on a 1–10 scale, evaluates your symmetry and proportions, identifies weak links, and generates personalized training recommendations.

Gainzi uses a machine learning model trained on physique data to identify and evaluate major muscle groups in your uploaded photo. The model assesses development levels, compares proportions against ideal ratios, scores symmetry between left and right sides, and calculates an overall Physique Score.

For the most accurate analysis: stand in good, even lighting (natural light works best), take the photo straight-on or at a consistent angle, wear minimal clothing so muscle groups are visible, and keep a neutral stance. Submitting multiple angles — front, side, and back — provides the most complete analysis.

Each muscle group is scored on a 1–10 scale that reflects development relative to ideal proportions. A score of 7 or above is generally considered well-developed. Scores below 5 are flagged as weak links and prioritized in your training recommendations.

Your Physique Score is a single 1–10 score that represents your overall physique development. It's calculated from the combination of individual muscle scores, symmetry ratings, and proportion ratios — giving you one clear benchmark to track over time.

Gainzi is designed as a performance and training guidance tool, not a medical or clinical measurement system. Results are most reliable with clear, well-lit photos and consistent photography conditions between scans. Accuracy improves with multiple photo angles.

Yes. Your photos are processed to perform your physique analysis and are associated with your account. We take data privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how photos and personal data are handled and stored.

Gainzi subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel your subscription: go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Gainzi → tap to manage or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

Try these steps: (1) force-close and reopen the app, (2) restart your iPhone, (3) ensure you have the latest version installed from the App Store, (4) check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact us at GainziApp@gmail.com with a description of the problem and your device model.
